At DLIHAH.COM, we are committed to making your shopping easy and fuss-free. Please read the following terms and conditions before making a purchase with us. Please ensure that you have acknowledged, understood and have agreed to abide and adhere to the following terms and conditions.

 

Making a purchase

At DLIHAH.COM, we are not able to cancel, amend or combine orders that are made separately and that have been successfully paid for. Please ensure that item, colour, size, quantity and address are correct before making full payment.

Computation rounding shown in invoice (if any) is a decimal representation due to multiple rounding mechanisms.

We post all orders made before 1pm, Monday – Friday on the same day via PosLaju. PosLaju makes deliveries Monday – Saturday, excluding the first Saturday of every month and local public holidays in Sarawak, Malaysia.

Once the Dispatch Confirmation is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).

 

Payment

All payments have to be made by means specified by DLIHAH.COM. Payments shall not be deemed to be made until full amount of funds have cleared.

Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

 

Exchanges/ Returns

All returns must be returned in UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED for store credit only.

All returns must be posted within 10 days of receiving your order along with the RETURN FORM.

All items returned (including faulty items) without abiding by the above terms (1. & 2.) will not be accepted.

Buyer bears the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Sale items, headscarves and accessories (belt, headbands, handbags, Jewellery) cannot be returned.

Please note that there may be a 0 – 2.5 cm difference in given measurements. Items that vary within this range will not be accepted as defect.

Please note that there may be a variance in the colour of the item due to computer screen settings and studio lighting. DLIHAH.COM portrays all items as accurately as possible. Returns due to colour variances will not be accepted.

All items are not ironed before posted to customers. Creases on clothing are not deemed as faulty items.

All returns will be processed by the Returns Department, up to 5 working days from the date we receive the parcel.

DLIHAH.COM is not liable for DLIHAH.COM items purchased from a third party merchant.

All unclaimed parcels are forfeited 60 days after a notification email is sent.

 

Product Care

Buyers are advised to hand wash all items purchased from DLIHAH.COM using mild detergent and cool water (unless otherwise stated on the product care page).

All items should not be dried under direct sunlight.

Buyers are advised to iron all items at low to medium heat. Items that are of chiffon, silk or satin material to be steam ironed or ironed with a piece of cloth between iron and item of clothing.

 

Usage of the site

DLIHAH.COM may feature pictures, articles, information, digital images, text, data, games, surveys, contests, promotions, advertising, logos, trademarks and other forms of content*** we deem will be of interest to our customers or visitors. This Content can be viewed, transferred, shared and stored by our customers and guest. However, the ownership of this Content belongs to DLIHAH.COM and by downloading or storing of this Content does not render the customer or visitor the rights nor ownership to it.
